As Jesus enters the last week of his life, his words recorded in Luke 19:42, are hauntingly prophetic.  In the midst of the peoples’ cheers and the waving palm branches, Jesus laments, “How I wish today that you of all people would understand the way to peace.”  And throughout the course of that last week, his theoretical teachings on forgiveness and loving your enemies become grounded in actual events.  On March 5 we begin a new teaching series, Fight Like Jesus, as we explore what happens from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday.  Each day Jesus wages peace, and teaches and models for us to do the same.  Join us as we are inspired and equipped for practical peacemaking as we will journey day by day through the last week of Jesus leading up to Easter.
